Caroline Leahy

Caroline Leahy, MD, is a second-year Complex Care Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital. She completed her pediatrics residency at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she developed a strong foundation in caring for children with medical complexity, informed by her undergraduate historical research on trisomy 21 and clinical research on autism and executive function in young children. Her scholarly interests include integrated models of care and improving the healthcare experience for children with medical complexity and their families as they navigate the healthcare system.

Prasiddha Parthasarathy, MD, is a first-year Complex Care Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital, with a passion for enhancing systems of care for children with medical complexity and their families. She completed her Pediatrics residency training at The Hospital for Sick Children / University of Toronto in Canada. Her clinical and scholarly interests focus on optimizing transitions from pediatric to adult care for children with medical complexity, with an emphasis on family-centered care. She is also deeply dedicated to fostering mentorship and medical education within Pediatrics and Complex Care. Outside of medicine, Prasiddha loves discovering and learning about global music, arts, and culture.
